Privacy policy statement in compliance with legal requirements concerning the protection of personal data set down in Regulation (EU) 2016/679:
1 – the data collected are used exclusively to provide the services requested by STM ENGINEERING users; no data are requested apart from the necessary minimum. All data are processed electronically and/or in hard copy format and used by STM ENGINEERING for the essential operations to provide the requested services, including alteration and erasure of the data by the data subject.
2 – the data requested are the data strictly necessary to supply the requested services. Possible optional data may be requested based on specific information provided.
3 – the data are not transferred to third parties. The data are however accessible by STM ENGINEERING technical personnel for maintenance purposes and to carry out any operations requested by the legitimate owners of the recorded data.
4 – the data subject is entitled to receive confirmation regarding the existence of his/her personal data, even if such data have not yet been recorded, and to receive the data in intelligible form. In particular, the data subject is entitled to be informed in regard to: the origin of the personal data; the data processing aims and methods; the logic applied in the case of data processing performed with electronic means. The data controller is STM ENGINEERING, in the person of its pro-tempore director. Furthermore, the data subject is entitled to request updating, rectification or, if in his/her interest, integration of the data; erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that need not be stored in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; an attestation confirming that the required alteration or erasure operations have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their contents, of the parties to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except for cases in which compliance with this requirement is not possible or would require the use of manifestly disproportionate resources with respect to the protected right. Moreover, the data subject is entitled to object, entirely or partly and for legitimate reasons, to the processing of his/her personal data, even if relevant to the data collection purpose. The data will not anyway be used for the transmission of advertising or direct sales material, for market surveys or for commercial communications.
